A new entrant rum-based, bottled cocktail – originally named, Dalston Roots the brand initially failed trademarking until it was successfully renamed, Lost Roots several months later.
A briefed proposal explored an illustrative, Caribbean-style brand identity that would stand out on shelves alongside rival products.
The concept, logo and design details were refined, with iterations of the label developed to create a bottle that met all necessary consumer information and worked within budget.
The label was printed and the drink launched early 2019.
